No Geek Left Behind – A SDCC Watch party and more

Description: San Diego Comic Con is over 1600 miles from Central Arkansas. Add to that the hotel stay to the trip plus all the other costs involved in going. This makes the trip rather expensive and time consuming. For those of us who couldn’t make it this year, we still wanted to get our Convention “Fix”. Thus, No Geek Left Behind was born. SDCC can be considered Fan’s Geeky equivalent to Football Bowl Games. So, for those of us still here, we decided to have a Watch Party. Instead of just watching, we also wanted to partake in some convention activities here.
No Geek Left Behind is not a full-blown convention. This is a casual event with no set local event schedules. There’s no current plans for Contests, Tournaments, Guests, or Dealers. It’s just laid-back Geeking out to what’s happening in San Diego and here locally.
