    Also what is laws about the artist art work.as far as drawing some else’s art work.example. …say she draws pokemon would she get in trouble for drawing that.or does it have to be her own character?

    I’m not a laywer, so I can’t really say. If you are doing it for yourself I believe it’s fan art. If you’re wanting to sell it or using it in a business, that’s when things get tricky.
    I’d check on Deviant Art or another artist website and see what they say.
