7D-B4 : The Fans Awaken – Cosplay Dance Party

Description: Sharpen your lightsaber skills, polish those stormtrooper helmets, and practice your wookie growl, because The Force is coming to Eureka Springs on December 11th! Organized by the same crew that brings the dead back to life each year for the Eureka Springs Zombie Crawl, this brand new, unofficial Star Wars themed event at the City Auditorium promises to deliver an astonishing array of intergalactic sights and sounds! Scheduled just 7 days before the official release of the new film ‘Star Wars : The Force Awakens’, this Cosplay and Dance Party in the lower level of The Aud will feature interstellar mixes, mashups, and medleys by DJ Testube, cosplay costume contests, a simulated lightsaber duel by martial arts weapons experts, a Droid building competition, unique photo ops, a very special “Twi’lek” performance by the Melonlight Dance Team, themed vendors, concessions, and more!

There are two show times for this event: a non-alcoholic All Ages Party from 6pm to 8pm, and an Age 18+ Party from 8:30pm to 11pm. Advance tickets to each party are available online for $10 per person, or $15 at the door. Costumes are required.
