Arkansas Geek Central turns 6 years old today. It doesn’t seem like it has been that long. All of this started due to missing a convention due to not knowing about it.

Website updates:
I was hoping to have a site revamp done by today, but other commitments kept me from getting started on the site. The revamp should hopefully be complete in the next month or so from now.
If there’s anything you’d like to see changed or added, let me know in the comments.

Description: The Arkansas Literary Festival, the premier gathering of readers and writers in Arkansas, has expanded to include over 80 authors in many locations on both sides of the river from April 18-21, 2013.

This year’s Festival is a stimulating mix of sessions, panels, special events, performances, workshops, presentations, opportunities to meet authors, book sales, and book signings. Events for families and children will be take place all day Saturday, April 20, at the new Children’s Library & Learning Center, while a new series of programs, “comiCALS,” will be featured at Level 4 in the Main Library.
